Dear Mr. Clark:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
1. Include a copy of the final plat in the plan set. If you do not have a copy of this document,
one can be obtained from our Planning Department.
2. Reference the plat name for this development instead of the old abstract name and number.
3. Remove references to TxDOT from the notes.
4. Fire lane minimum radii are 30' inside and 54' outside.
Return three sets of revised plans for the City's use, and for approval as many additional sets as
your contractor will need. The contractor shall have onsite at all times approved plans with the
City of Coppell approval stamp on the cover. Submit a completed permit application (see
attached) and appropriate inspection fee with the plans.
Once these items have been received a permit will be issued and a pre-construction conference
will be scheduled with a city inspector. If you have any questions, please contact this office at
