Final Acceptance Conditions Fourth Notice
Dear Mr. Miller:
It appears that all punchlist items on the above captioned project have been completed.
We have received the maintenance bond from Huffman & Huffman for water and sewer
improvements. The preliminary as-built drawings for the project have been received
from Doxvdey, Anderson & Associates.
The maintenance bond for paving improvements is still outstanding as of this date.
If the contractor is having difficulty obtaining a bond from a registered surety, the City of
Coppell may be willing to accept a cash bond (certified cashiers check) in lieu of a surety
bond. Please make every effort to see that we are provided this final requirement as soon
as possible.
Once the paving bond is received, reviewed and accepted I will sign off on the CO and send
a final acceptance letter. The maintenance period begins on the date ofthefinal acceptance
