! am sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We are working the fee for the 12" water line as well as some
other issues that we need to discuss with you and Ken. We thought that since there would be an amendment
to our contract for the water line, we would get some other issues resolved with the same amendment. !
anticipate having a meeting with Mike Jones today and will have all of the items to you and Ken by this Friday.
