Enclosed is the information you requested at our December 19, 1996 meeting in your office.
That information includes:
A hard copy of a set of typical specifications.
A diskette with a copy of a set of standard specifications in Word Perfect 5.0 format.
A preliminary water and sewer plan sheet showing proposed water taps on Sandy Lake
Road. Also, the plan sheet shows that the shopping center sanitary sewer line will run
to the north.
Copies of as-built plans for Kroger at the northwest comer of Sandy Lake Road and
MacArthur Blvd. (including a copy of the plat, dimensional control plan, grading
plans, drainage map and calculation sheets). If you need additional information please
contact me.
The City is still waiting to receive as-built plans from the engineer of the Ashton Ridge
development. As soon as those are receive, then I will mail you a copy of the plat and grading
plans.
