Dear Mr. Holmes:
It is apparent that the approved plans regarding elevations, floodplain/floodway areas and
SWPPP have not been followed as requested in a phone conversation with Dean Trudell last
week. These issues were discussed and he indicated it was a priority to correct them with the
work to be started that day.
It appears today, April 5% that actions have not been taken to make adequate corrections. I
strongly recommend making those corrections immediately. Also, I recommend that your
SWPPP representative make a site visit for proper corrections (in numerous locations). Please
contact this office immediately.
