Include acreage, C, i, Q, and discharge location and characteristics. 2. Drainage design should be for fully developed conditions. What will become of the "unimproved" area on the eastern portion of the lot? 3. Provide a copy &the offsite drainage easement documents. Minimum width is 20'. 4. Provide a 15' utility easement adjacent to the SH 121 fight-of-way for future extension of the 12" water line. 5. Place an 8" valve on the line between your service tap and the fire vault. 6. Center the vault within the 25x25 utility easement, or provide additional easement so that there is 10' between the edge of vault and the easement. 7. Provide a utility easement for the 8" water line stubbed out under the proposed drive. 8. The proposed utility plan indicates the 10' Enserch easement is to be abandoned, but the plat doesn't. If it is to be abandoned, provide to the City a copy of the agreement for our records. 9. Additional comments may be generated during the detailed engineering review. 10. No improvements, such as fences, batting cages, etc. are allowed within the floodplain.
