I have also enclosed the following legal descriptions and plats associated with the parcel
located immediately west of Parcel 3. The surveyor had difficulty with the boundary
description for Parcel 1 and Parcel 3 and determined that there is a 16-foot strip of land
between the two. The Dallas Central Appraisal District and the City's GIS information
do not show this parcel.
