I have reviewed the plans for reference
and wish to make the following comments.
1. Add three water line valves as shown on the mark
plans.
2. Change the size of the proposed sanitary sewer to
on the mark up set of review plans.
3. Need to know estimated average daily consumption and
daily wastewater flow for this proposed addition.
These comments have been written on the review set of plans.

Preliminary Plat Oak Bend Addition
The Subdivision Ordinance requests a copy of the homeowners
maintenance agreement, conceptual landscape plan and any streetscape
improvements be submitted with the plat. The representatives of
this proposed addition have not provided this for review as of
9/6/89.
Please contact the applicant and advise them of this request in
order to meet the deadlines for the September submittals.
