Final Acceptance Conditions - Second Notice
Dear Mr. Miller:
On March 1, 2004 a letter containing two conditions for final acceptance for the referenced
project was sent to .','our office. It appears that all punchlist items have been completed, yet
these two items remain. Again, the requirements for sign-offon the CO are as follow:
1. Provide a maintenance bond from a registered surety for 50% of the contract value of
work performed in the public fight-of-way and easements for a 2-year period beginning
on the date of final acceptance.
2. Provide record drawings of the public improvements from the engineer to be submitted
to City of Coppell Engineering Dept.
Once these items have been received, reviewed and accepted, I will sign offon the CO and
