Final Acceptance Conditions Third Notice
Dear Mr. Miller:
It appears that all punchlist items on the above captioned project have been completed.
We have received the maintenance bond from Huffman & Huffman for water and sewer
improvements. As of this date, the maintenance bond for paving improvements is still
outstanding, as are the record drawings for the project from Dowdey, Anderson &
Associates. Please make every effort to see that we receive these required documents in
a timely manner.
Once these items have been received, reviewed and accepted I will sign off'on the CO and
