Dear Mr. Gwin:
The City of Coppell is currently working on the final design plans for the above
referenced project. The project consists of the removal of existing brick pavers in the
crosswalks and the installation of color texturized concrete at seven intersection locations
along MacArthur Boulevard. We are requesting that you review the attached
construction plans with regard to any existing facilities within the project limits. If you
have existing facilities within the affected intersections that are not shown, or are shown
incorrectly, please indicate the correct information on the plans and sent back to this
office. If you do not have any facilities please indicate, in writing or by telephone, to me.
If at all possible, I would like to have this information within the next three weeks. Your
consideration of this matter is appreciated, and should you have any questions or need
any additional information please contact me.
