We are in receipt of your comments for the referenced site dated April 14, 2004. I have attached revised plans with this
submittal and offer the following comments in response to your concerns:
Plat

25'x25' Utility Easement will be added to the Plat once plans are accepted
Easement for re-located Storm Inlet will be added to the Plat once plans are accepted
General Comments
1. Seal has been removed from drawing, and preliminary stamp added. Thanks for the correction on the seal.
Site Plan
1. ADA Ramp has been added to north side of drive approach to Denton Tap Road.
Grading Plan
1. Easement for re-located Storm inlet has been added to plans.
Paving Plan
1. Sidewalk along Denton Tap Road has been moved to a minimum distance of 4' from back of curb, but remains
inside sidewalk easement.
2. Concrete thicknesses will remain per client direction.
Utility Plan
1. Utility Plan has been updated to reflect the latest changes made.
2. FDC has been moved to within a minimum of 50' from existing fire hydrant on Vanbebber Road.
3. A new fire hydrant will not be constructed on site per client direction.
We believe we have addressed your comments relating to the site plan other than updated the Plat as noted above. Once
our plans are approved, let me know so we can go to your office and update the Plat. If you have any questions, feel free to
