Utility Locations
Dear Mr. Brewer
On February 12, 2004 and again on March 12, 2004 a set of plans for the above referenced
project was transmitted to your attention at the Irving address we have on file for you. The cover
letter requested that the plans be marked up with your utility's locations, if any, and resubmitted
back to the City of Coppell Engineering Department with any comments as soon as possible.
Also, comments as to any precautions that should be taken to protect your utilities were
requested to be included with the mark-ups. If your company has no facilities in the proposed
project area, we requested a letter to that effect.
The responses were needed by April 2, 2004 as the project will be bid soon.
Unfortunately, we received no response to either letter. If you have no facilities in the subject
area, please respond accordingly. If your company has facilities in the area, please make every
effort to return the marked-up plans to us so that any conflict can be noted prior to the start of
construction.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact the Engineering Department at
972/304-3679.
Sincerely,~. ~

Utility Locations
Dear Mr. Trojan:
On February 12, 2004 and again on March 12, 2004 a set of plans for the above referenced
project was transmitted to your utility company. The first transmittal was sent to David Turk and
to Jim Thomas. The second was sent to David Turk, the person we were told is the contact for
plan review. The cover letter requested that the plans be marked up xvith your utility locations, if
any, and resubmitted back to the City of Coppell Engineering Department with any comments as
soon as possible. Also, comments as to any precautions that should be taken to protect your
utilities were requested to be included with the mark-ups. If your company has no facilities in
the proposed project area, we requested a letter to that effect.
The responses were needed by April 2, 2004 as the project will be bid soon.
Unfortunately, no one responded to either letter with comments or with a letter confirming that
no conflicts exist. If you have no facilities in the subject area, please respond accordingly. If
your company has facilities in the area, please make every effort to return the marked-up plans to
us so that any conflict can be noted prior to the start of construction. I have been in contact with
Jeanne Hooker of your company and she suggested that I send this information to you since none
of our other contacts for Oncor responded to the request.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact the Engineering Department at
972/304-3679.
Sincerely, ~
