Mr. Griffin,
We spoke briefly yesterday about a proposed Verizon project for the Andrew Brown Perk - West area,
The project entails adding a prefabricated building to the existing concession stand and replacing an
existing light pole with a taller pole with a cellular antenna attached. The liDht pole is approximately 75
feet to the east of the concession stand. I am submitting a site sketch showing where the project is
planned.
Based on the lloodplain map for the park, the project is located within a 100-year floodplain, however,
fill has been apparently used in the project area to raise the grede. Would you please provide a letter
indicating whether the project site has been elevated above and out of the floodplain.
