Third Submittal
Rick O'Dell and I reviewed the plans on Thursday, April 22, 2004. There were comments
previously made on more than one occasion that were still not addressed in the revised plans. We
felt that it was important for the design engineer come in and address the comments in person to
ensure that they are adequately addressed in subsequent submittals.
I called Jeff Wooten at Dunaway Associates on April 22na and asked him to schedule a time to come
in either Thursday afternoon or any time Friday. He didn't return my call that week, so ! called
again on Monday the 26th and reiterated that he should come in to go over the comments with us
since they obviously were not being addressed.
He indicated that he would not be available until Monday, May 3 so we are now scheduled to go
over comments on that day. For the record, it is at the request of the design engineer that the review
time be prolonged by at least a week and a half.
