Dear Mr, Early:
The City of Coppell is currently working on the final design plaus for the above
referenced project. The project consists of the removal of existing brick pavers in the
crosswalks and the installation of color textur/zed concrete at seven intersection locations
along MacArthur Boulevard. We are requesting that you review the attached
construction plans with regard to any existing facilities within the project limits. If you
have existing facilities within the affected intersections that are not shown, or are shown
incon'ectly, please indicate the correct information on the plans a~.d se~t back to th~s
office. If you do not have any facilities please indicate, in writing or by telephone, to me.
If at all possible, I would like to have this information within the next tl~ee xveeks. Your
