Suzan, I just got in contact with Mr. Steve Alford today. He went to the site with me and said that he will
make arrangements today to get it cleaned. I guess when they entered the property from Oak Grove, they
found several dump sites and cleaned those. He claims that they never saw this one. He wants to know if
he will be contacted when the project starts since they will be working on his property? His number is

Representatives from Dallas County and I walked the mobile home park yesterday with regard to the
proposed water line and fire hydrant project. We noticed that the illegal dump site located west of Oak
Grove had not been cleared yet. Dallas County will not start the construction of the water line and fire
hydrants until the debris on the City's easement has been cleared. How do we need to proceed with this
matter. We are scheduled to open bids for the water line project on Monday, April 19.
