I have attempted to contact the homeowner on Oak Grove whose property gives access to the southeast comer of our land so
we can commence clean up. The house may not be currently occupied. I will notify Laurie Marshall once we have

Mr. Steve Alford:
Dallas County opened bids for the construction of the 8-inch water line and three fire hydrants on April 26,
2004. It will take several weeks for the project to be awarded to the contractor. Dallas County will manage
construction of the project and the City will have an inspector on the project. I will keep you informed on the
