Box 6173 San Antonio, Texas 78209-0173 T H £ C I T Y 0 F COPpELL RE: S.H 121 Water Line / WA 01-01 Permanent Water Line Easement Temporary Construction Easement Dear Sir: The City of Coppell is currently working with the engineering firm of Birkhoff, Hendncks & Conway, L.L.P., to design the S.H 121 Water Line Project. Line 'A' begins at the intersection of S.H. 121 and N. Coppell Road and runs northwest, generally within the southern right-of-way of S.H. 121, to Denton Tap Road. Line 'B' comes off of Line 'A' and crosses under the futura S.H. 121 Bypass and ties into thc cxisting 8-inch water line located in thc utility easement between Block C, Lot 79 and Block A Lot 51 of the Coppell Greens Phase Two Addition. The project is in the final design phase and the City is in thc proccss of acquiring the land rights necessary to construct the project. There are three permanent water line easements and three temporary construction easements to be acquired within thc project limits. It will be necessary to acquire a 20-foot permanent water line easement and 50-foot temporary construction easement on property that is owned by FWRM, Inc. Thc temporary construction easement is not filed with Dallas County, so there will not be a permanent encumbrance on your property associatcd with this easement. With this letter I am providing a copy of the permanent watcr line casement and temporary construction easement documents necessary for the construction of thc S.H. 121 Water Line Project. Please review the enclosed documents and let me know if you have any questions or if you wish to view thc construction plans. It is anticipated that construction will begin in October 2004.
