RE: Mercantile Addition
Dear Mr. Gesek:
Final acceptance for infrastructure improvements was given to Pacific Builders on April
6, 2004. Two-year maintenance bonds went into effect on that date. It appears that
Phase One of your planned development is complete from an engineering standpoint.
One item that remains to be dealt with is the large mound of dirt on the north side of the
existing building. This dirt pile is growing weeds and has become unsightly. It should be
dealt with in one oftxvo ways either remove the excess dirt from the site or spread the
dirt on the lot in a manner which will not impact drainage on adjacent properties. If you
choose to spread the dirt on the unimproved portion of your development, an erosion
fence must be installed around that area to prevent it from washing onto Denton Tap or
other sites.
Please arrange for this task to be completed in the very near future. If you have any
questions, please call me at 972/304-3679.
