Rady & Associates, Inc. 910 Collier Street Fort Worth, TX 76102 RE:: Sandy Lake Road ST 93-02 Right-of-way Documents Dear Mr. Saunders: I have received and reviewed the right-of-way documents provided to this office. Due to platting that has taken place along Sandy Lake Road, Parcels # 1, 2, 3, 5, 5T, 6, 6T and 15T will not be needed. (Parcel #15T was provided as Parcel 15 but it looks like it is a temporary easement.) In addition to those not needed, it appears as there are errors with Parcels #12 and #18. Parcel #12, which is adjacent to Lot 9, Block B, is not contained upon Lot 9, Block B but is in a Common Area. This easement should be revised so that the Homeowners Association is granting the right-of-way as opposed to the adjacent property owner. On Parcel #18 and #18T it appears the distance running east/west along the Barbara Austin tract is incorrect and could possibly be off as much as 12 feet. Please verify those right-of-way dimensions. A right-of-way strip map should also be provided to the City of Coppell. In addition to the above mentioned easements, I also will be verifying the current ownership of the easements and if I find any discrepancies, I will contact you requesting that those be changed.
