Coppell Streetscape - Streetscape Bench selection

We have included in our Exterior Materials Selection Report the teak wood bench as indicated in
the Coppell Master Plan. The selected bench is manufactured by Victor Stanley model number
TK-8292-60 and the specific cutsheet has been included within the report. We have also shown
an alternate steel bench by the same manufacturer as well. We would recommend that the owner
consider the steel bench due to overall maintenance, comfort and life of the product. These
benches come in a variety of colors in Powder Coat finishes. The costs for these benches are as
follows:
· Teaksites Model TK-8292-60 - $696.00
· Steelsites Model RB-28-6' - $848.00
These prices do not include freight charges or installation.
The extra cost for the steel bench, if acceptable for the overall look of downtown Coppell will be
well worth the costs in our opinion.
