Enclosed are the plans for the 60% submittal for your review. Two (2) full-size and one (1) half-

After comparing the 30% and 60% submittal cost estimates, it was determined the significant
increases were the bridge and storm drainage estimates. The 30% submittal cost estimate was
$4,531,258 and the 60% submittal estimate is $5,490,855 with a variance of $959,597.
In closing, we anticipate your review to take approximately three (3) weeks. We are scheduled
for a May 27, 2004 meeting so any comments regarding this submittal (bridge options and plan
submittal) would be greatly appreciated by May 20th $O we can be prepared for the meeting with
