RE: Vista Point 1I / Street Access
On April 13, 2004 City Council approved Case No. PD-199-HC, Vista Point 1I, MacArthur Ridge
zoning change from HC (Highway Cormnercial) to PD-199-HC (Planned Development~199-
Highway Commercial) with a Concept Plan showing various office/warehouse buildings and
retail/restaurant pad sites on approximately 26 acres of property located at the southwest comer of
S.H. 121 and MacArthur Blvd. There was a revised site plan at the April 13, 2004 City Council
meeting that showed two points of access to Forest Hill Drive. One of the stipulations of Council
approval was that headache bars be installed at both exits from the site to Forest Hill Drive.
This letter is written as conformation that the development known as Vista Point 11 / MacArthur
Ridge, at the southwest comer of S.H. I21 and MacArthur Blvd., will be allowed two points of
access from the site to Forest Hill Drive in accordance with the revised site plan presented and
approved at the April 13, 2004 City Council meeting with the stipulation that headache bars be
installed at both access points.
