In order to set up this bank, we will need to determine the square footage of land that was dedicated with the 1999 replat, and the value of the land at the time of the dedication. Once a dollar per square foot is established, and a total value is figured, this would be the value of the bank. We would then give a credit of up to 75% of the calculated roadway impact fees, with a total credit not to exceed the value of the bank. If you provide me with the necessary information, I'll set up the bank and revise the preliminary impact fee calculations we previously went over. Feel free to call with any questions or comments.
