MATERIAL IN THE AREAS WHICH WERE OVERCUT IN THE AREAS OF CTB WHICH WERE LEFT IN PLACE. THE CTB
MATERIAL WAS A MIXTURE OF PREVIOUSLY RECLAIMED MATERIAL FROM BETHEL ROAD WITH 5.5% CEMENT ADDED.
WE ADVISED GARRETH WITH THE CI;Y OF COPPELL THAT WE DID NOT HAVE A MAXIMUM DRY DENSITY ESTABLISHED

VISUAL OBSERVATION OF THE CONTRACTOR'S METHODS AND INFORMATIONAL NUCLEAR WET DENSITY TESTS, WE
BELIEVE THE CONTRACTOR PLACED AND COMPACTED THE CTB IN AN ACCEPTABLE FASHION.
