PLACEMENT OF ANY FILL, THE BO1TOM OF THE TRENCH WAS COMPACTED UNTIL A SATISFACTORY DENSIIY WAS
OBTAINED. ONCE DENSITY HAD BEEN OBTAINED, THE GEO-TEXTILE FABRIC WAS PUT IN PLACE. THE COUNTY
