With this letter is our request for our retainage tbr the project. As we completed
the second section and bill it on August 11,1998 We have not done any other work on
the job and would request that the job be closed and that we be paid our retainage. We
ask that the job be closed as we are now in the winter season and having holes open in the
road has a lot more risk to them. As we talked yesterday it has been a long time since
this has been on high center. Please help all you can to speed tip the conclusion to this
job.
