Dear Mr. Bakintas:
The City of Coppell has received the plans submitted for approval and stamping by the
Engineering Department. All comments appear at this time to have been addressed and revisions
made accordingly. The following items need to be accomplished prior to scheduling the pre-
construction meeting:
1. The City needs a copy of the filed easements for its records.
2. The roadway impact and construction inspection fees need to be paid to this office.
3. The Construction Development Permit form should be filled out and turned in to this office.
