Coppell, Texas 75019 RE: Coppell Crossing, Lot 4; Notice of Repairs Being Made Under Protest Dear City of Coppell: This law firm represents Coppell Crossing Four, Ltd., owner of Lot 4 Coppell Crossing. This letter shall is written as formal notification to the City of Coppell that the following repairs required by the City of Coppell to obtain a certificate of occupancy on Lot 4 Coppell Crossing axe being made under protest. The ordinances of the City of Coppell do not require the following repairs to be made by private landox~mers/developers; and, any ordinance which does make such requirement constitutes an unconstitutional exaction which is not roughly proportionate to the impact upon the public by the development in question. The repairs made the subject of this protest are as follows: traffic loops and pull boxes. The City of Coppell is hereby put on notice that the owner of Coppell Crossing, Lot 4, will seek reimbursement from the City for all expenses incurred in making such repairs.
