Please call me to discuss the terms and conditions upon which the City would be agreeable to allowing the donut store to begin operations in its lot 4 space and otherwise issue a conditional certificate of occupancy for lot 4. I believe that the sole remaining issue is the meter setters. Terra Builders has ordered ~he one inch meters, but same will not arrive until later next xveek. The installation process is said to take only one day or less. ! would subnfit that it is ia the best interest of the City to approve the conditional certificate of occupancy in order to allow' the generation of tax revenue from the donut store and in recognition that Lot 4 Coppell Crossing has met and exceeded the ordinance requirements of the Ci.ty of Coppell.
