I met with OnCOR (soon to be TXU again) and got the street lighting issue working. Rick Fielding made some changes to the plans and ! am forwarding a set to him today. You will get a copy. He will locate the service drop for us. Bill ..... Original Message ..... From: Suzan Taylor [mailto:staylor@ci.coppelLtx.us] ~ent: Wednesday, April 28, 2004 4:47 PH To: Pembroke, Bill Subject: Sandy Lake Bill: What is the status of the plans? These plans have got to be ready for us to start advertising in June and we are running out of time. They also need to be submitted to the TDLR for the TAS review. When you resubmit them to us they need to have all of the items we discussed in our meeting, the items shown in 'Attachment A' of the contract, and the items in the 'Fee Estimate for Sandy Lake Road Revisions' addressed. In reviewing 'Attachement A' and the fee estimate, the following items have not been addressed yet: Sprinkler Conduit/Pipes C. The engineer will indicate the location of the power supply for the irrigation, interconnect wiring and streetlights. The street lights need to have been coordinated with TXU. HC Ramps You need to ensure that the details shown are correct and show sufficient detail so that we do not have a lot of changes from the review. The review time to send them to Austin is 6 weeks. It would be beneficial to have the TAS comments back before we advertise. Miscellaneous Revisions K. The engineer will identify on the plan set and provide a quantity for the manhole adjustments, water valve adjustments, etc. O. The engineer will re-verify, to the best information currently available, the elevations at new storm drain and water line crossings, as well as other new underground utility crossings. Also, the proposed fire hydrants, water line stub outs, and the 2" and 4" irrigation conduit are shown in a grey tone. Could you change every item that is 'proposed' back to black so that it stands out. Changing the existing to the grey tones did help with reading the plans. This next submittal needs to be 100% correct so that you can complete the quantities and we can prepare the specifications. file://C:~Documents%20and%20Settings\staylor'~Local%20Settings\Temp\GW} 00001 .HTM 5/4/2004
