At the October 24, 1995 council meeting, City Council approved the conceptual plans for Sandy
Lake Road as presented. Therefore, according to the terms of our contract, this letter is your
official notification to proceed with the design of the preliminary plans.
If you should have any questions please feel free to contact me, if not, then we will discuss the
preliminary plans further at our monthly meeting.
