Possible NB & SB Lanes Pavement and Brick Paver Repair
I made contact with Will Haggard of Pavement Services and arranged to meet with him next
Tuesday, May 4th at 10:00 a.m. to verify and dimension the pavement and brick paver failures along
this stretch of roadway.
I have previously observed the Streets Division making various repairs in this section of roadway.
To curtail confusion between their work activity and these proposed repairs, would it be possible to
have a Streets maintenance crew identify and mark all of their proposed work locations prior to
Tuesday's meeting?
Part of my observation today was, in my opinion, the bulk of the deflections in the existing
pavement would be well-served to be.repair, ed by utilizing hydraulic lit~ (i.e. URATEK) process.
I will get back to you with more information after my meeting with Pavement Services.
