Box 6173 San Antonio, Texas 78209-0173 S.H. 121 Water Line / WA 01-01 Requested Information - Water and Sewer lmprovemcnts Dear Mr. Cummings: The City does not have any immediate plans to construct sanitary, sewer improvements in the vicinity'of the F.W.R.M. parcel. The property east of your parcel, Highway 121 Business Park, is in the planning process. One lot out of seven is being developed at this time and an 8-inch sewer line is proposed as part of thc improvements. Future development should extend the sewer line towards your east property line. Thc following information is enclosed related to thc proposed sanitary sewer improvements: City of Coppell sanitary sewer grid showing the location of existing sewer lines in the vicinity of the F.WR.M. parcel; 2. Highway 121 Business Park - Drainage Area Map; and 3. Highway 121 Business Park - Utility Site Plan. Both Line 'A' and Linc 'B' are 12-inch lines. Line 'B' was designed as a 12-inch line to ensure sufficient future capacity for the ama north of S.H. 121. This should eliminate the need for any future water line bores under S.H. 121. The following information is enclosed related to the proposed water improvements: 1. State Highway 121 Water Line 'B' Plan Profile Sheets 19 and 20 (preliminary); and 2.
