Maintenance Bond Repair Notice
Dear Mr. Jackson:
As of December 2, 2003, the infrastructure facilities were accepted subject to the two-year
maintenance agreement. Since that date a severe failure has occurred in the sidewalk along
Denton Tap Road above the inlet. Please arrange to have your paving contractor repair the
failure as soon as possible. Contact me when you have scheduled the work to be done or if you
have any questions regarding this repair. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
