At our March 31, 2003 project close out meeting, you requested locations for storm sewer collars and the
TXU electrical feed included in our December 2002 final billing. The following information is provided
as requested:
1. The concrete storm sewer collars identified in our December 26, 2002 letter are located at:
21" collars: STA 29+84 on lateral #20. Used to resolve conflict with sanitary sewer.

2. The PVC conduit and pull box identified in our December 30, 2002 letter were for the TXU power
feed for the median lights east of MacArthur. Two forty foot runs of conduit were bored from the north
side of Sandy Lake to the median and terminated at a pull box. This work was performed near Kimble
Court.
