We will be ready to turn in final plans on Wednesday. Are you, Garreth, and Keith available for a meeting around 3:00PM.
Based on our current design, the second and third driveways into the vacant shopping center will have to be modified. Using a
maximum grade of 14% (City of Dallas max.) the driveways will encroach upon the top of the box culverts 10' and 15'. Our
structural engineers feel they can make a satisfactory tie in to allow this connection without drastically altering the box
culverts. I will fax you a drawing this afternoon for a quick review.
