Attached is the revised legal description and plat for right-of-way dedication on Parcel
11. It has been revised to a corner clip to avoid impacting the existing landscaping. I
also had them prepare a temporary construction easement. The temporary
construction easement will probably conflict with portions of the existing landscaping,
but I had the engineer prepare it just in case. Ken is out of the office for the next two
weeks. He prefers to meet on Tuesdays or Thursdays. Please contact me at 972-

meeting to discuss the right-of-way.
