At the May 1 l, 2004 City Council meeting, the referenced project was awarded to your firm.
Enclosed with this letter are four original contract documents. Please execute the four originals;
provide the required bonds and return three of the originals to me. One of the copies is for your
file.
I will be out of the office until May 24, 2004. Upon my return, a preconstruction conference for
this project will be scheduled. If you have any questions or need any assistance the inspector on
