RE: Wagon Wheel Park Trail and Bridge
Dear Mr. Bradley,
This letter is written to notify you of the substantial completion of the civil improvements on the Wagon
Wheel Park Trail and Bridge project and to urge you to send the requested material. The City of Coppell
Subdivision Ordinance requires that Record Drawings sealed by the project engineer be submitted to the
City of Coppell Engineering Department to complete the closeout of a project.
Initially, it is recommended that 1 Record Drawing set on paper be submitted for Department review.
When all review comments are satisfied, the full Record Drawing submittal can be made.
The full Record Drawing submittal consists of one (1) 24" x 36" sealed plan set on paper, one (1) 24" x
36" sealed plan set on mylar, and one (1) electronic plan file on CD in AutoCAD .dwg format, release
2000 or later.
