Parcel 12 Temporary Construction Easement
Dear Mr. Kulick:
On October 6, 2003, the City sent an offer letter for the acquisition of a temporary
construction easement from your property located along Bethel Road. Included in the
letter were the Temporary Construction Easement document and a copy of the legal
description and plat. Subsequent to receiving the letter, JMC Restaurant Distribution,
Inc., requested that a signature block for the City of Coppell (Grantee) be added to the
easement document.
A signature block was added, and two signed copies of the Temporary Construction
Easement document are enclosed. The offer of $8,222.50, as stated in the October 6,
2003 letter, is still valid. If the offer is acceptable, please sign below and return to this
office. Once the letter is received, the process for payment can start. When the check is
ready we can arrange a mutually agreeable time to meet and exchange the easement
document and the check.
