At the request of Mr. Rodney Louviere, a Texas CMT technician was present on May 4, 2004
to perform in-place densities and observe gray shale backfill for utility trenches. The following
observations were made:
..~1. Gray shale fragments in general were according to COG specifications, no larger than six
.(6) inches.
,~,~ 2. Shale fragments were mixed with enough fines (no voids observed).
