Jarrell, Jr. Three Lincoln Centre 5430 LBJ Freeway, Suite 800 Dallas, Texas 75240 RE: Bethel Road I / Project # ST 99-05 Parcel 7E & 7E 1-Temporary Construction Easement Parcel 7E2 - Slope Easement Dear Mr. Jarrell: This letter is a follow-up to the September 11, 2003 letter concerning the acquisition of right-of- way from your property located along Bethel Road. Hillwood Fund No. 1, L.P. property is owner of what is shown as Parcel 7 on the construction plans for the Bethel Road improvements. In order to construct the improvements, it will be necessary to acquire right-of-way, two temporary construction easements, and a slope easement. Hillwood Fund No. 1, LP. will dedicate the right-of-way with the Replat of Lot 1, Block A of the Coppell Industrial Addition into Lot IR and Lot 2, Block A of the Tradepoint Business Park. The temporary construction easements and the slope easement will be dedicated by separate instrument. These easements are not filed with Dallas County and will expire upon completion of the project by the City. Construction is scheduled to start in April 2004 and we need to acquire the necessary right-of- way as soon as possible. Enclosed are copies of the slope and temporary construction easement documents. If you have no questions, the City of Coppell would appreciate the signing and returning of the easement documents.
