Enclosed are copies of the temporary slope and temporary construction easement
documents. Hillwood's requested revisions and the revised legal descriptions and plats
have been incorporated into the documents. As previously stated, these easements are
not filed with Dallas County and will expire upon completion of the project. If you do
not have any questions, the City of Coppell would appreciate the signing and returning of
the easement documents.
