On August 11, 2003 I provided you a copy of the right-of-way, slope easement, and
temporary construction easement documents necessary for the construction of Bethel
Road I. Subsequent to that, changes were made to the legal descriptions and plats based
on information provided by Mr. Mark Viktorin with the DFW Airport. Enclosed are the
revised documents for your use in preparing the license agreement for the right-of-way
and temporary use permits for the temporary easements.
