Lee Thweatt by deed recorded in Volume 439, Page 206, of the Deed Records of Dallas County, Texas, which 0.004 acre tract of land, more or less, is more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a 5/8 inch iron rod with plastic cap stamped "Transystems Corporation" found at the intersection of the West line of said William K. Payne Survey and the proposed North line of Bethel Rd., said 5/8 inch iron with plastic cap stamped "Transystems Corporation" also being the Southwest corner of this Temporary Construction Easement; THENCE, North 00° 43' 28" West, along the common West survey line of said William K. Payne Survey and the East line of the J. Gibson Survey, Abstract No. 586, a distance of 10.00 feet to a point for corner, from which a 5/8 inch iron rod found bears North 00° 43' 28" W, a distance 433.83 feet; THENCE, North 89° 30' 34" East, departing said common survey line and across said 60.00 acre tract, a distance of 16.67 feet to a point for corner, said point being in the West line of a 11.6258 acre tract of land to Walter Hogg Partners, a Texas General Partnership, as recorded in Volume 90085, Page 1687, of the Deed Records of Dallas County, Texas; THENCE, South 00° 43' 28" East, along the West line of said called 11.6258 acre tract, a distance of 10.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod with plastic cap stamped "Transystems Corporation" found, said comer also being in the proposed North right of way line of Bethel Rd.; THENCE, South 89° 30' 34" West, along the said proposed North right of way line of Bethel Rd. and the South line of said called 60.00 acre tract, a distance of 16.67 feet to the PO1NT OF BEGINNING and containing 166 square feet or 0.004 acre of land.
