The water line layout with the plat shows that the fire protection is provided with an internal looped private water line. I made an assumption that each development would be responsible for one tim meter and vault. The actual fee calculation could change based on how the water line is designed and constructed/phased. The construction inspection fees can not be calculated until a cost is submitted for all work to be inspected by Engineering. This typically includes all work outside the footprint of the building, ie., paving, water and sewer lines, driveways, etc. These calculations do not include any cost or fees associated with the building permit or inspection of the building. You should contact building inspections for those costs.
