Construction Schedule
Dear Mr. Montoya:
A notice to proceed with construction of the above referenced project was issued on April
13, 2004 with the calendar days starting on April 26. You had previously indicated that
construction would begin on May 17, however construction still has not started. Please
submit, in writing, the construction start date along with an estimated progress schedule
for the work The schedule should be related to the entire project and should provide for
expeditious and reasonable execution of the work. The schedule will need to be updated
upon request by the City.
