Please use the attached pole coordinates to place these poles on your design drawings and help resolve two issues:
1) How far south will pole 4/3 need to be relocated to place it between new Back*of-Curb and new sidewalk (if one is built
This would place the pole in the same position as the other poles on this transmission line along Sandy Lake Road.
We have had locates done in the area of 4/3, with the exception of water and sewer, and found that choices for relocating
this pole are very limited.
2) Pole 4/4 may have to be relocated not for the road widening but for grading of a drainage ditch that is shown on your
drawings. The current location of this pole appears to place it right in the bottom of this proposed ditch. Hopefully by usin{
the coordinates to place it on your drawings you can tell me how far east it may need to be moved to remove it from the
ditch and place it on top of the slope.
Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated. As soon as we can determine how these poles need to be adjusted,
this work can proceed so as not to hold up your construction plans and to allow Richard Brewster to adiust the Oncor
distribution poles. .
